Shipping is free of charge for Europan countries only.
VERDIANI.IT does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from VERDIANI.IT with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
In the event of delays due to customs, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by VERDIANI.IT.
Any dispute regarding damage, deficiencies, or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by VERDIANI.IT within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order, establish a business relationship with VERDIANI.IT and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their package.
If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be charged to the customer.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unused items with the tags still on, can be returned for a change in size/color or refund within 14 days from the date of reception of the goods.
To request a return authorization, access the RESERVED AREA section, enter the account details or the e-mail address and the order number. Select the order and the items to be returned, and indicate the type of compensation desired. Once the procedure has been completed VERDIANI will send a confirmation by e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), the shipping label and the instructions to follow to return the goods.
The return shipment made with the courier indicated by VERDIANI will be FREE. If the return is issued by using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.
The return must take place within 14 days from the reception of the order.
2 types of compensation are available:
-Size / color change
It is possible to make the change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new requested item can be returned following the same procedure.
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at VERDIANI’s warehouse and the items are verified.
For orders paid by credit card, the amount refunded will be available to customers in about 7 working days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.
For orders paid by Paypal or Bank Transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and includes all the original packaging and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
The products must be returned in the original packaging with the original accessories, components and illustrative materials. They must also be packed appropriately, in the same way as they were received.
In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by VERDIANI, it is required to follow the same instructions as above. VERDIANI reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
Returns authorized by VERDIANI must be sent from the same country where the original order was delivered.
VERDIANI reserves the right not to accept returns sent by couriers other than the one indicated in the e-mail with the return instructions if the delivery entails additional costs for VERDIANI or requires collection from a branch of the same courier.
VERDIANI also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with all the conditions set.
In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
Any acceptance of these returns, however, involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance commerce applies.
