Verdiani ships worldwide, except for a selection of countries.<\/p>\n

By placing an order on Verdiani.it, customers agree to accept the delivery of their package.<\/p>\n

Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. <\/span>If the package is not delivered for any reason dependent on the customer (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charge will be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n

Verdiani does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.<\/p>\n

Customs Duties and Taxes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

For orders delivered to countries outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, import taxes and other local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the customer refuses or otherwise fails to pay any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges and these costs are subsequently charged to or incurred by Verdiani, Verdiani reserves the right to charge the customer for the full amount of such costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Order Tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an email from Verdiani with the tracking number.<\/p>\n

If a shipment is delayed due to customs procedures, the courier or VERDIANI may contact you directly.<\/span><\/p>\n

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or incorrect contact details, or if delivery is refused, any additional shipping or customs costs incurred may be charged to the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any claim regarding regarding damage, missing items or delivery to an incorrect address must be reported to <\/span>shop@verdiani.it<\/a> within 5 business days of delivery.<\/p>\n

We hope you will be delighted with your Verdiani purchase.
If, however, you wish to return an item, you may request a return within <\/span>14 days of receiving your order (delivery date shown by the courier).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to request a return<\/span><\/h3>\n

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at <\/span>shop@verdiani.it<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will provide you with the return authorization and all the instructions required to complete your return.<\/span><\/p>\n

The return shipment must be arranged within <\/span>14 days of receiving your order (delivery date on forwarder’s website).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Returns must be shipped from the same address and country in which the original order was delivered.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return shipping costs<\/strong><\/p>\n

For orders delivered to Italy and most European countries, the return shipment is free when the collection is arranged using the courier indicated by Verdiani.<\/span><\/p>\n

For orders delivered to Finland, Greece and Sweden, the applicable return shipping cost will be communicated by Customer Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

For orders delivered outside Europe, the return shipping cost is <\/span>\u20ac 35,00<\/span><\/strong>, which will be deducted from the refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

If a courier other than the one indicated by Verdiani is used, all related costs will be the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n
